The bail premium is a non-refundable fee for writing and posting the bond. Colorado regulation sets the standard premium at 15% of the bond amount; the discounted 10% premium is available only on larger bonds with a qualified cosigner.

By signing a bond contract with us, the cosigner accepts financial responsibility for the defendant appearing at every scheduled court date. If the defendant fails to appear, the cosigner may be liable for the full bond amount and any associated costs.
