We file the bond with the holding facility. Jail processing takes over from there.

Payment
How you pay the premium.
The premium is non-refundable. It is the fee for writing and posting the bond. We design financing plans to be as simple and stress-free as possible — call to discuss.
Credit / Debit card
Visa or MasterCard. Processed 24/7 through PCI-compliant, encrypted gateways. The fastest way to get a bond posted.
ACH bank transfer
Solid, secure transfer directly from your bank account. Slightly slower to clear than a card.
Personal check
Rarely accepted. Bounce risk and clearing delays mean we cannot post against an uncleared check.
Collateral
When a larger bond needs collateral.
For larger bonds, the cosigner may need to pledge collateral. Acceptable forms include real estate (with documented equity), vehicles (paid off or with equity), and high-value items such as jewelry or firearms.
We will tell you on the call whether collateral is needed and what form will work.
