Express Bail Bonds collects only the information needed to evaluate, write, and post a bail bond on your behalf. That includes the defendant's identifying information, the cosigner's identifying and financial information, and the documents required by the holding facility and the court.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the insurance underwriter, the holding facility, and the court — the three parties required for the bond to be posted and remain in force.
